The Sporting Motorcycle Club holds its meetings at the Haines Road clubrooms (at the track).
Meetings are held every Tuesday night and are as follows;

• 1st Tuesday of the month is the Otway Trail Riders monthly meeting.
• 2nd Tuesday of the month is a general SMCC meeting.
• 3rd Tuesday of the month is a track committee meeting and social night.
• 4th Tuesday of the month is an SMCC committee meeting.

There is no meeting held if there are 5 Tuesdays in any month.
