2008 Memberships - How To Join

VIA MAIL:
Print out these 2 pages, being the membership form and the indemnity.

Please print one at a time, back to back on the one sheet!
Fill out membership form (use your best writing!) filling in ALL details and signing the indemnity on the back! Incomplete forms will be sent back! You can even fill it out on screen then print it out.

For 2007 a levy is payable to the "Saving Barrabool" Fund when joining. Either that or you can buy a Tile online on the Big Picture Wall If you don't want to buy online, you can print out a Tile order form and send that in with the membership form.

If you already have a Tile, SMCC thanks you, and you do not have to pay anything more than just the annual membership fee.
Once you have bought a tile on the Big Picture Wall , or alternatively, marked on membership form where indicated that you will be paying the Save Barrabool Levy instead, send your papers in to SMCC. To gain membership, you must be a tile owner or pay the Save Barrabool Levy. One or the other!

MAIL TO: Make a cheque or money order out to Sporting Motorcycle Club. Make sure you have included monies for Big Picture Wall Tile, or levy, if needed.
Post to Membership Secretary; SMCC, P.O. Box 447, Geelong. 3220.

AT THE TRACK:
Come to Practice / Ride Day on any advertised days. Open Ride Day dates can be found on our club calendar. The official on the day can help you with memberships and Tile sales on the Big Picture Wall. Better still, print out the forms and bring them in already completed. This makes it easier for our officials, especially when things are busy.
